Refund policy

Return Policy

* Applications for returns on products will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, however, we are unable to issue returns until 30 days after the original purchase date.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

* Please provide proof of payment or receipt and photos of the item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will contact you regarding the return.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

* Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date only.

* Please send us an email to: flintandfeatherjewelry@gmail.com, requesting an exchange (and the reason for the exchange), and we will assess each situation individually. 

Pick-Up Policy 

* Once you placed an order for pick-up, we will contact you with instructions for scheduling your pick-up. If we don't get a response within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
